This was by far the best experience that I’ve had with a tire shop,so far. The sales rep worked hard to get the tires that I wanted. He had to go to 4 different shops to get them. I was very specific about what I needed which was all-terrain with as much ply as I could get. The guy was knowledgeable and explained I needed to go up a rim size to get all-terrain tires. These are 8 ply, BF Goodrich all-terrain tires. I need more ply because I work in construction arou,d mesquite and screws and bolts. Punctures are a definite possibility. Anyhow, they were fast with installation and went,above and beyond. Especially Aaron and his manager.

As a construction business owner with multiple vehicle fleet, I brought one of my trailer tires to Discount Tire to be either plug or patch (keep in mind the wheel is already off the trailer), the sales rep that work with Chase that morning had the worst body attitude and face expression. Not only did they NOT fix my tire, he stated that I would need a new tire because someone previously patch the tire incorrectly, so he wanted to sell me a $95 trailer tire (keep in mind those tires cost $40), but that’s not the point. I’m upset because of the customer service, the return of my tire OFF THE RIM, which I did not give it to them that way, and when I asked him to put the tire back on the rim, he said he cannot do it which was never explained to me at the beginning. I ended up going to Peerless Tires which was GREAT and 5 minutes down the road that was ABLE TO PATCH THE TIRE SUCCESSFULLY WITH NO ISSUES!
