On our drive in to Texas. We experienced a flat tire( all 4 tires purchased at Discount tire) It was near closing time and I spoke with Adrian about the situation . I told him I’d be back first thing the next morning. Next day Brian, Adrian and David took care of us in 17 minutes. These guys are professional and an asset to Discount tire. We had an enjoyable vacation because of them.

Knowledgeable, polite, fast and something you don’t see very often, kind. These guys have PROCESS. I’ve been there twice, once for getting a new set of tires that had to be ordered. The tires were late and the communication about that was great, allowing me to not waste my time. Then a week later, my left front tire introduced itself to a block of concrete on I35. The concrete won. I was taken in early the next day, had a new tire in about an hour and still the same process and graciousness. And of course, it was no charge since they have road hazard on the tires!
