Excellent service, as always. The people change, often for promotion. Have probably bought, or taken in for a problem, many tires. They seem to have a company standard and every employee adheres to it. It is the best company I know.Right before this visit, I made arrangements with an independent tire store that was closer. Big mistake. I had forgotten how badly you can be treated by an independent store that thinks they have you over a barrel. When I wouldn’t buy the snake-oil sealer or extra warranty or a different make tire, they got unpleasant.We never learn. Discount Tire is old-school customer oriented. Fast, efficient, affordable AND very accommodating. Appointments, also. Ten stars.

Staff was very efficient at there job. They did their Service Inspection but were not pushy on selling us more tires. That is always a plus when they are not trying to sale my wife on tires we don’t need the way most tire salesman do. So guess you can say it was a good visit minus the $200 I was out for one tire.
