Alex and his team were very professional and very good at their job. They also provided awesome customer service. I came for a flat tire on my wife’s MB on 4/8/2021 and I was out in 30 minutes from my appointment. I’ve been a Discount Tire Store loyal customer since 2007 and I’ve used their services for anything related to tires while living in different states. This company never cease to impress. Best customer service and best products offered!!!

There’s a reason we always buy our tires from this place, and that is for the great customer service you will recieve at all their locations. We bought our tires in corpus but moved to Katy area. We had an issue & the two different locations worked together to resolve it with such GREAT customer service. Shout out to John for being amazing & saving our family vacation!
