I was helped out today by Charles, Chris, and Victor. I found the entire team to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to recommend me a tire that met both the quality and budget I was looking for. Better still, they had the car in and out of the shop in 40 minutes even while serving about a dozen other customers. A very polished operation!

The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to. I made an appointment at 9:30 am to get tires. I get there to find out they had a good deal on rims. Why not? A couple of the rims were in corpus and they said we’ll have them by noon. Noon comes around no call. I call them to find out that they won’t be there until 2. Ok I’m a patient enough person I’ll wait. 330 comes around still no call. I called back AGAIN. The guy says the manager got tied up and still hasn’t picked them up. It’s now 4:27 and I’m still waiting for the call. By far the worst experience I’ve had with this location. Don’t tell a customer you can do it at a set time and not follow through! This is the whole reason why I made an appointment. Huge waste of my time.
