As a family tradition, we have used Discount Tire to service our vehicles since it opened its doors in Texas. And I myself began in 1987 while living in Mesa, AZ. Today 06/01/2021 was no different. Discount Tire on 7304 Spencer Hwy Pasadena,TX, employees go above and beyond to accommodate every customer’s satisfaction. My vehicle was serviced within the alotted time frame of 30-40 min, given by Adrian, Tire Tech. who was extremely friendly. The entire staff works as one team while remaining on a professional level. And it shows whether they know it or not. In my opinion, this team of employees deseverves recognition for their above standard work ethics & dedication as representatives of Discount Tire. Always helpful staff. They were really busy because they do a really great work and I will not trade them for any other place. I don’t care how many store of these exist in the area but I prefer to come to them for help and assistance. A very clean and organized location and more with the covid.
