I’ve dropped about $2k over the last year on 3 sets of tires here. When purchasing the tires everything was great, no complaints.However, their tire maintenance is severely lacking. I brought my wife’s car in for a balance and rotate. They pulled the car in at 11:06 and out at 11:11. I watched from a distance and I’m fairly certain they only actually balanced 2 of them. The car now has a vibration on the highway.The next day I had an appointment for my other vehicle, so I made sure to watch more closely.I specifically asked for 2 things, my air pressure and for them to cross two of the tires when the rotated them. I was assured that would be done. As I watched, they had two guys working on the car, the guy on the right side (the side you see from the waiting room) actually balanced both tires and and checked the air, the guy on the left only rolled the tires to the machine and went through motions (didn’t really balance anything) and did not check the air. They rotated them but did not cross them like I requested and was told would happen.I know they just view as a “free” service, but I, in fact, paid for the service when I purchased the protection plan.

Great service at this Discount Tire, very fast & super friendly staff. It is dog friendly which was great because I had the pup with me. I will definitely be back if my car is in need again.

So far an okay experience. Payed 114 per tire with 80,000 mileage warranty and got the hazard coverage as well. Pretty pricey but will see how worthwhile it is when it is time to finally change them. Friendly customer service and overall good service as a first timer.
