We got a trailer blowout on 20 about a mile away from Discount Tire. We have AAA and waited an hour for them to arrive only to tell us that they won’t change the tire on our trailer because we had cows in it. After AAA left us stranded on the side of the road, we were able to limp it to Discount Tire. I called before we arrived and talked to Jacob, he said to come on in. When we arrived, we were greeted by Aaron who was able to get our tire changed and on the road in minutes! We will definitely be returning here to get a full new set. Great customer service!

I had a great experience here. I ordered 4 tires online and setup an appointment for Saturday at 11am. I was called that afternoon to inform me the tires were in and I could stop by earlier than my appointment if I wanted. Since that didn’t fit in with my schedule, I stuck with the Saturday timeslot. 10 minutes prior to my appointment, I walked into a packed store. I expected my appointment to not really mean that much and that I would essentually find myself in the same queue as all the walk-ins. I was greeted very pleasantly and told that the job should be done in about 45 minutes. Since the building was pretty full and it was a nice day, I decided to wait outside. Within a couple minutes, they were driving my pickup into the bay. They were done and sent me a text that it was ready within 35 minutes. Thanks for the great service!
