Great customer service. I went in earlier for a quick check on my back right tire. They checked it and found that the problem was with the valve, which was a quick fix. They didn’t charge anything for that. I know it’s simple but I definitely expected to pat something for that. Well, here is my thanks!

4/1/19 – Super friendly, honest, upfront and realistic. Came for a patch and was given a realistic wait time and was offered coffee or water while waiting. Very friendly staff who will answer all your questions and show you so much respect it’s almost unbelievable. I’ll be coming here going forward for all my tires needs as I just moved to the area.4/19/19 – update. Called to schedule an appointment to get two new tires and spoke with Christian. Through my conversation he informed me that I would need to schedule an our ahead for an appointment and I said that would not be a problem. During my conversation with him somebody began to speak to Christian and Christian then told me that it would have to be a two hour timeframe to schedule in advance for new tires. I responded don’t worry about it I’ll go ahead and check somewhere else and I was hung up on. In reflection of my original trip to this location everything went great even though there were several opportunities but they handled everything and were very professional about it. During my time I went originally for a flat tire and ended up with getting a new tire because the tire could not be saved and I was also told I needed a new rim. I feel that because my original visit involves so much of a sale for them they were very happy and eager, however this time around once I was not going to immediately make a purchase from them their demeanor changed and I will hung up on which I do not appreciate. Sad to say this is not reflect well for this location.

Taylor and Michael were very professional and address my concerns and fixed my problem fast and I am very grateful. They had me in and out within 2 hours. Quite unexpectedly fast and on point with professional courtesy. If you find yourself in need of tires and can’t find a reliable place I highly recommend this place.
