Very nice and helpful staff! We talked to Gabriel about getting new trailer tires and he answered our many questions we had about the tires. The person that put the new tires on was also very friendly. We already recommended this place to our friends!

I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for about 17 years. I have had excellent service and have recommended them to many friends and family. Well no more. I was loosing air in my tire with their road hazard warranty. I’m in Montgomery Al. I go to the store. A man came out looked at the tire. He said that because of the wear on the inside of the tire. They could not repair it. I would have to buy a tire. So I took it to an independent tire company and paid to patch 2 nails in the tire. The tire tread is pretty even across the tire. (See photo) My opinion is the warranty is not worth the money. Since they didn’t honor it. They are on a quota to sell tires and not repair them. Discount Tire has lost a long-term multi vehicle customer. Never again will I purchase tires from them.

Great experience! I bought a full set of tires and replaced a tire with them in the last couple of months. They were terrific! The front desk managers were friendly, understood my car and tires, and were very efficient. I scheduled two appointments with them. The car was done in 30 minutes the first time and 10 minutes the second time. The guys/gals working on my cars were like pit crews–very focused, organized, quick and efficient. I trust them.
