HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! The owner PRINCE has TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered furniture in October paid in full cash right there the same day and was told that our furniture (bedroom set) would be delivered mid November. We gave them a call early November to just get a heads up on a date we were then told the furniture wouldn’t come until mid December. No one gave us a heads up phone call about it not coming and if it wasn’t for us calling we wouldn’t have known. When we went up there to speak to the owner Prince he was EXTREMELY rude as if WE did something wrong. He put a book on the table and said you can pick something else. That wasn’t the point the point was that we wanted what we paid for and maybe if the customer was upset and he would have taken his time since it was a mess up on their end and showed us something similar and try and sell it to us it would have made us feel a little better about it but he didn’t. December comes I call to see if the furniture was still coming mid December. Prince tells me it’s coming. I asked when he told me the Wednesday (which is today) coming up. So I must have called at least 2-3 times to confirm that the furniture was coming for sure. I even called the day before which was Tuseday (yesterday) he told me the furniture would be coming between 11am-4pm. We got a call Wednesday (today) at 11:07am saying that parts were missing from our set (the dresser, and the bed railing). Upset (as we should be) we asked how is that possible Prince tells us he doesn’t know and has to call the people it came from which he should have done before he called us and maybe we would have had more concrete answers. But instead yet again he was NASTY, RUDE, and DISGUSTING on the phone with us. It seems like doesn’t matter to him because he has our money (that can’t be refunded). I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go and shop there !!!! It is horrible and it’s even more sad that THE OWNER out of all people (PRINCE) is the worse of them all. Unfortunately you have to put at least 1 star to write a review or I wouldn’t have put any.
