Customer service was amazing, the employee was very friendly and talked to us. Didn’t feel like a business relation at all. I got the cotton candy dippin dots and it was amazing. only melted at the edges of the cup once I was almost done with it. Would highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience for all parties involved. The banana split of labor tastes like an authentic banana split, in frozen dot form. I felt like an astronaut even thought they don’t eat this stuff. 5 stars!

Yes Dippin Dots ice cream still exist at Cannery Row. They have an interesting selection so you can mix and match. Perfect place for kids. They also had a selection of some retro soda pop and hard to find flavors. Slightly on the pricey side.
