Not the employee’s fault. But the air conditioning was down. It was at least 90° inside the store. We felt terrible for the employees because they said they had been working under those conditions since the day before. While the situation was being worked on; the managers should not have had the employees working under those conditions until the situation was resolved. The Mac employee was so gracious and helpful. These employees totally deserve a reward of some sort.

I have always loved shopping at Dillards but had not been there in quite a while. This time I went to the Estee Lauder counter only and was attended by Raquel Bautista. She is a wonderful lady with a beautiful smile and helped me right away. I was in and out quickly and happy with my purchase.If you go please ask for her. She will be happy to see you and help you. Don’t forget to tell her I recommended her! Happy shopping!!
