My daughter, Grand daughter & I went to buy cosmetics yesterday. We asked the sales girl if they were doing the makeup makeovers. My gran daughter wanted to learn how to do her makeup correctly. The sales girl said they weren’t doing them due to Covid. I purchased my makeup & we left. An hour later we came back through & there was a different sales girl giving someone a make over. I am very upset about this. I expected more out of this store.

Could not find anyone to help us. Had to go to several cashier stations trying to checkout. Finally we found an associate and asked if she could help us check out. She said “uh huh” and went back to what she was doing. She finally came up to the cash register to help and said nothing. Not even a hi. She just glared at us the whole time and when I checked out said “here” and shoved my bag at me. Spent quite a bit of money in this store and feel like I should have received better customer service. The associate treated me like a bother. Her name is Des’nea Reddy. Someone should talk to her about how she is treating customers.
