Let me give a big shout out to Hailey and Brad (the vendor from the Big Apple) at the Lancome counter! I came looking for a free gift for my significant other with a purchase of La Vie Est Belle. They had no current sale, but Brad took it upon himself to create a spectacular free gift for my love. I am truly awestruck and most grateful to his generosity. It was a spectacular experience for me and I cannot thank him enough. As for Hailey, she is the epitome of attentive and genuine customer service. She appears to love what she does and deserves to be singled out as an extraordinary employee. She made the checkout process quick, easy, and personable. I’m most happy with both of them for blessing me and my significant other with their service!
