Shoes:Sitting in the shoe dept 30 min. Only employee around says she can’t help me. She clearly works in the shoe dept and is putting boxes of shoes away? Maybe this is her only job? She says she will get someone else to help me. Another male employee walks by me looks at me twice and keeps walking. I feel ignored. From a customers perspective no one seems helpful. Poor customer service.

Didn’t shop here, just walked through to get to another place in the mall. They have blue mannequins now, crazy stuff. Oh, they have wifi too.

I went here with my mom to purchase a dress and shoes for a wedding. My mom was able to find a dress and some comfortable shoes. She also needed some Kiehl’s facial cleanser and was ecstatic to find out that they have a shop inside of Dillard’s. That saved us some time. The shopping experience was a success. I will definitely be back in the near future.
