Zachary in the women’s shoe department is extremely rude. I watched him be rude to another customer and myself (we are both NOT Caucasian) but his whole attitude changed when he had a white customer and even complimented her butterfly tattoo. I was going to buy 2 pairs of shoes and decided not to because I did not want him to make commission out of my sale after being so rude. I loved the shoes so much once I got in my truck I google searched them to order them and was able to purchase the shoes from Amazon that were $50 instead of the $100s dillards was selling them for. Customer service is major and can truly affects or help your business and Zachary definitely affected it.
