The lady in the shoe department was SOOOOOO nice. The little girls clothing department the men were so dry and didn’t make the shopping experience an EXPERIENCE. Anyway the pink dress was badly damaged they wanted to take $6 off a $60 dress. My daughter cried her little heart out because there was no way I was buying that. Also the camis were not on the correct sizing hanging neither were the dresses. Two ppl working in that department and YEA….NO. 4 stars for the nice lady in the shoes section. She had personality and made the experience a good one. Thank you for her. Otherwise, I wouldve took my $300 elsewhere.

Very clean and neat Dillard’s. I was on a little weekend vacation with my lady and I needed a couple of pairs of jeans. So we stopped in and Dillard’s had a beautiful sale going on and the right selection and styles I like. Not to mention the sales associate Dawn was outstanding. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the sales and products. She said she was a little out of it due to her just getting her Covid vaccine but I couldn’t tell one bit. She was amazing. I would definitely go here again when I’m in Huntsville…
