Black Friday shopping was a hit. Great customer service. I needed some training and trail running shoes. All their reps were knowledgeable. No pressure on sales unlike other shoe stores.

It was busy as all hell the day I came in. Was greeted as I walked into footwear by a taller guy.A man in footwear named Joe was obviously being bombarded by multiple customers yet still had the time to assist and ask if I was looking for anything. At the time I was just looking, after I found a pair of Nike Air maxes I went back to Joe. While he was working with another customer, he managed to size me up and check for the size I need and pulled them out for me to try on.I didn’t pull the trigger on the shoes that day, but I will definitely be back when Joe is working! It was greatly appreciated

Employees are nice and available to help, that’s a good point, only disappointment is at the cashier, I bought a cycling short, and the cashier didn’t instinctly give me a bag, I have to ask for it!!
