Went in for a Racquet restringing, was told they would be done Monday. Showed up on Monday, was then told they might be done by next week, they were too busy. 2 problems with that; a customer needed a glove steamed, they got on the intercom and get them out of there in 20 minutes. Next, I couldn’t even cancel my order and take them somewhere else, as services were non-refundable. I couldn’t even take my racquets somewhere else without being out money.
