Well organized, great customer service and super clean despite the rain storm outside. The young staff was ready and willing to help and very attentive to all customers. The only downside was that most items are a bit on the pricey side and unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for but, we did not leave empty handed and over-all we were not disappointed

***NO MILITARY DISCOUNT*** This store is huge! We found so many awesome gifts for family and friends. They are quiet pricey bit at least you get to actually feel the item and see what you are purchasing vs. Amazon! I took 2 stars because I had a horrible in store experience. I placed an order online and went to pick up the item. I checked in the front desk and she said, Your bike is headed down shortly. 1.5 hours later come to find out the order was at a different store and they were all clueless. My fault for going to the wring store but 1.5 hours for the managers to get their heads out their butts and figure it out. I ended up having calling the corporate office and escalation team in order to HELP them along. Within 5 minutes of hanging up with corporate, the problem was resolved.Also, BEWARE of ordering online! If you change your mind, you have to wait for the item to be delivered in order to cancel. Then you have to physically drive it in! Such a hassle!

The customer service here was outstanding. We were helped by a young man by the name of Brandon, he was really nice and patient. Highly recommend this store.
