Really don’t understand why I couldn’t get a full refund on a Patagonia vest that I received as a gift. I didn’t have the receipt when I went in the first time, but I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted to order it on line and pick up in store, was told I couldn’t do that so I said than just give me a gift card when I when to order it the card didn’t have the same amount on it, I go back in the store with my receipt to get the full amount added to the card but they still would not give me a full refund

Clothing selection is better than Academy for some items, but worse on others. Store is clean and not too cluttered. Employee’s are friendly for the most part like all retail some can’t be bothered. Prices are higher than Academy and Amazon so compare before you purchase.
