Staff friendly when you could find them. Good at showing where stuff was but could not answer questions very well. Recommend that you talk to other parents, talk to those that play that sport and do your homework before shopping there. Store was clean and stock seemed to be plentiful.

Jacob (the assistant store manager) helped us strap our newly purchased kayak onto our SUV. He did not have to do this, but he also took the time to show us how to strap it on properly as well. The kayak was also scuffed on the bottom, and he applied a 10% off discount. We experienced outstanding customer service all around. We will be back.
