I wished that we would have looked at the reviews before going into this establishment. The reviews that say the customer service is horrible and nasty, I beg you to trust. It was the most horrible service we have ever recieved. I can’t explain the level of disrespect we felt. At one point (because my husband was asking too many questions) he was told, I don’t want to sell you a bike, it’s too much trouble! Of course when I called him out on it, he lied and said that nothing came out of my mouth like that and you heard wrong. I gave them a call a little later and wanted to explain why we needed a special bike, and they came recommended by a friend he said, would you just get to the point?! I thought I heard wrong, and said, what? He said, I SAID, GET TO THE POINT! Honestly I was at a loss for words. We never argued with him and were told that it was a family bike and the son didn’t want to sell or something like that. My husband has been an HVAC manager for 20 years and if he ever spoke to a customer like this, I guess he wouldn’t have a job. Customers are so important to an establishment and if they don’t treat people kind, then they shouldn’t be in business. I will make it a mission to tell everyone I know not to go here. We ended up going to Bert’s and it was awesome! We ended up buying a bike for over $1,000 because I liked the bike and trusted the kind help we received. DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Please!

Took my bicycle in for a gear adjustment. They gave me an estimate of a week or less. About 3 days later I get a text saying my bike is all set, included cost for the work done.My bike can effortlessly switch gears up and down.Something to consider: if you want to get your bike tuned up or have something fixed or adjusted, they’re open year round, take it in during the winter months, there will be less wait time and your bike will be good to go and you can get out on the paths after those winter doldrums are finished!

The service here is terrible! Very rude and nasty!! I will never give them any of my business because they don’t deserve a penny after the awful treatment! I was there for less than five minutes and I walked right back out after asking one question and being berated by whom, I assume, was the owner.
