HORRIBLE customer service!! I walked in and no one was in the store. The only lady working was sitting down and on the phone arguing with her, i’m assuming, boyfriend. I was looking for a pole so i could reach what i wanted since it was really high up for 5 minutes.I finally found it next to her and told her i would get the lab coat myself. She mad dogged me sighed really loudly told whoever she was on the phone with to hold. YANKED the pole from my hands and said i’ll do it. Alicia the name on my reciept.

I went into the store to see if my scrub tops had arrived. The rep Alicia said they had already arrived. I was told originally when I bought them they would take 2 weeks so I waited. I asked her when did they arrive and she said 2 days after. I said why didn’t you leave me a message and she showed me a receipt saying , see we called you. I told her well I did not get another call, why did anyone call me back. She said, look we have about 55 items here that nobody has not picked up and we don’t have time to call everyone. And she said, It’s not my fault you didn’t get the message. I told her oh you are basically saying it’s not my problem you did n’t get message. I than proceeded to tell her, look I look around me and do not see hardly any customers and so do you just keep other customers waiting. She had the nerve to tell me its not her fault I am taking my anger out on her. Than she proceeded to say that she I did not have to deal with me and asked her other rep Marlene to help me. I started talking to Marlene than she walks backs into the conversation. She not once let me talk, she just kept talking as if she was the light of the world. She had very poor customer conversation and to make things worse she told Marlene to help another customer and straight out told me that If I was not happy I could walk out the door and she would call security. I was appalled at her unprofessional and her threatening me. I was the customer and she treated me like dirt. I will never shop there again and I will not allow her to just talk me and who knows how many others she talked down to. When I originally bought my scrubs my son was with me and had already told me she was rude to him. Like she had not time to attend him. He would ask where clothes were and she would point it out. He was not happy with her and now I see why. She needs to get out of the business and work with people that she can treat with respect. Maybe a desk job that she doesn’t deal directly with customers. I rate this place a 0/10. This will go up to corporate.
