Food is good, the order done correctly, BUT the consistently long wait times of over an hour makes it a rare occasion to purchase from here. It is shocking to see all of the other reviews reporting the same issue with wait times – that are clearly seen by the ownership – yet nothing has been done about it! The Santa Clarita location doesn’t have this problem, why does the Lancaster location still have these waits? This is not an employee problem. It’s a management problem.

I didn’t know that I liked smoked BBQ tacos until I discovered them at Dickey’s. These are now my favorite, over all combo plates offered. A nice serving of coleslaw over pulled pork, green onions and cheese over brisket and chicken. A very nice meal. Great staff at this location, as well as comfy.

I am very disappointed in the Lancaster Dickey’s. I made a catering order for 50+ people for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. I made the reservation in person and paid cash 5 days in advance. I called and confirmed my order the night before. Day of they were a no show. I called again they said they didn’t have the order. And could do nothing for me. There I was with a party of 50+ and no food. Thank s to this location.
