Me and my husband just ordered take out from here spent a good amount of money on our food… the ribs were dry, cold, and not fresh. I found three edible pieces of plastic in my brisket. The French fries were cold and not fresh. The only good thing was the sweet tea and macaroni. I do not recommend dickies

I had a pretty bad customer service experience with this location. I looked online and saw they had a “family pack” for $40. Called in and asked if I could order the same deal over the phone. They said yes. I ordered and showed up and was charged $60. When I asked about why it was so much more than the online price I was rudely and unapologetically told “That price is only if you order online”. I paid and left. These guys could seriously use some help on the front end. You’re going to keep losing customers when you treat them like that.You get two stars because the BBQ was still pretty solid.
