Wanted it not to be true, but terrible customer service.Bought an in stock quad for a birthday the first week of June. I have reached out 3 times by FB and called and left a voice message as well.There has been no return calls and no updates on the order. Their website says 48hrs to process and ship. It has been 2 weeks and have not received anything regarding the order being processed. I was afraid this might happen, I will order from Banggood from now on, they at least are responsive. :(Makes me sad, I wanted to support stateside sales.

Placed a preorder paid over $300 in Febuary and the add was for end of February or the start of March because I did not mind waiting a few days over a month later its now April in a day. Said they will get my order out in as the factor just got the motors in woohoo, well that was over two weeks ago. Tried to message them but got an automated reply saying they are not responding to order inquiries because they are on holiday for a week? They are still advertising the product and taking preorders stating….. hurry there is only 1 left!Other vendors have since gotten the product and sold out so missed my chance to go with one of those more reputable stores and placed my faith in diatones ability to send what they avertise to no avail. Once I receive my order I wont ever be coming back here again as the customer service is one of the worst in the industry. Be very careful considering a preorder from diatone , they already did the same thing to me last year but I ended up canceling that… same deal… preorder hurry,,,, long time goes by with false estimated arrival … and no contact resulting in frustration. Maybe this is intentional to grab your cash or maybe this is just pure incompetence
