I bought furniture from them twice. First purchase was GREAT! I had a great experience as far as looking for what I wanted, and them getting my living room set to me in time. So I went back to purchase a bedroom set. I found a bedroom set and was promised that it would be delivered no more than a week. Took longer than a week, so I went in to the warehouse. Spoke with a man that was there. I was told my bedroom set would be delivered the next day between 9-12:30. Furniture was not delivered. They ended up delivering it the next day after 5, and I wasn’t home. The following week I get a call from Raul who was RUDE!!! Lied and told me he was the manager and then became the owner. This man argued with me and kept going on and on. I guess I was no longer the customer and he was right. I spoke with the guy that’s usually in the warehouse. Told him I want to cancel my order. I will not spend another dollar with this company due to Raul disrespectful attitude. Let’s just say it’s a month later and they have tried to deliver the bedroom set. A month later really? I have tired to get a refund but refuse to pay a restock fee. Not my fault they did not get the job done when it was supposed to. Every time I call now some way some how I’m getting disconnected.

Arturo, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful to me and my roommate when we were looking for new couches. He listened to our needs and helped us narrow down what would work best. Arturo was attentive without being overbearing, which is something that I truly appreciate in salespeople. Thank you for the amazing work you did for us.Delivery was seamless as well. Anthony’s great communication allowed for me to setup delivery around my schedule, and he even was able to deliver earlier than the initial time which worked perfectly. The couches were set up in a neat and timely fashion.Looking forward to continuing doing business with DFW! Thank you for a great experience.
