Doesn’t set proper expectations to snake a sale. Said it would be 2 weeks at most for delivery and it ended up being around 4 months of waiting for delivery. Every time I followed up they were rude and didn’t follow through on a commitments they made to deliver two items together (there is a 30% cancelation fee). We had to help them deliver the couch because they couldn’t send enough people. Paid cash but also noticed they have predatory financing so definitely avoid that.
