I have always held DeWalt as high quality product. I own multiple 12 amp Flexvolt batteries, last year I had a problem with one and service was great, Today I went in because two 12amp flex volt of my 5 batteries suddenly stop working (no more than two years ). The lady that assisted me refused to replace them and was extremely rude when answering my questions. She said because one battery had already been replace. I explained I own multiple batteries bough through the year and the replacement was non of the ones I went have checked out.She refused to help me- to my understand from. What she said is pretty much because I replaced one of my 5 batteries the other 4 loose warranty!?This is absurd!

I went here to turn in a new(used 3 times), Porter-Cable 6 Jointer, because it stopped working while I was jointing a 2X6 on edge. I was pleased with the service I received and giddy about all the cool tool stuff. Hopefully, I will get a working unit back soon.
