Shannon and Janna were very helpful and sweet. Had to store stuff from a moving truck and they were very courteous, they gave me the first month rent free since I didn’t know a set date when I would need to take my stuff out. Would recommend to anyone who needs self storage! Thank you!

There is a one star review pertaining to the exact issue regarding being locked out of the storage unit and being told an automatic payment could be set on a date that it actually could not, and I worked with a male employee I don’t know the name of unfortunately. Be weary of him.
