Robert was phenomenal! I brought my wife’s engagement ring to get a ring jacket picked out and put on. I spent about two hours talking to Robert about what style to pick and had two pictures of ring jackets my wife had previously picked out years ago. I finally settled on a jacket that I thought went perfect.When Robert ordered the ring it was discontinued. Robert and his wife Amy took it upon themselves to dig through hundreds of pictures and catalogs to pick out a jacket that was almost identical and still in production. Phenomenal customer service!Once the ring jacket was in, Robert went to work making the jacket and engagement ring work together perfectly. He did all this by hand himself and set all the stones. I was extremely impressed! My wife absolutely loved it and loved it even more when she found out it was done my a local jeweler and not a big box store!!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in to discuss mounting options for a diamond mounting. Extremely rude!!!!!!!! I was told, I could talk to you if you knew what you wanted! I can tell you that I don’t care to spend my money with you! That, I can tell you!!
