This is a really nice shopping mall! It’s full of surprises. Plenty of shops to choose from and the entertainment possibilities is it for me! Housekeeping please remember to wipe off seating in the main areas of the mall. I noticed a lot of spilled drinks and trash. I sat for a moment and got up to find something sticky on my bottom

I am prompted to write this because I think that it is important that people know about this. There was an incident involving a young girl getting her hand stuck in an escalator as it was going down. There was blood everywhere. I feel very bad for the family and for those of whom who also witnessed it take place… needless to say it ruined our shopping experience.

Best place to visit in Syracuse especially on weekends. Go ahead with your family and friends and enjoy the beauty and vastness of the mall. I enjoy eating at the restaurants on the first floor especially Texas de Brazil and a brewery and then go watch the movie on weekends. In a nutshell, it is a fun place to be at!
