The most horrible customer service I’ve ever had. I was told my order would be ready at a certain time, they got behind and had no courtesy to call and inform us. Driving in LA traffic for nothing and wasting my damn time. Thank you so much for wasting my gas and time.

If you ever watch the T.V. show called The Office, apparently Designtown gets a shout out in season 1 episode 4 called The Alliance. the shout out is on a prop for the 80s themed employee appreciation newspaper clipping at 4 minutes 20 seconds into the episode.You have to hit pause on the newpaper clipping scene but the show gives the shout out.That’s there only reason for the 5 stars.
