Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Professional, clean, knowledgeable staff, provided text updates, car was ready earlier than promise date, very convenient (Geico certified, Volvo certified- as well as many other brands), rental car pick up and drop off. Five stars! Had somebody side swipe my Jeep, damaging my fender flare. I bought the part, had them paint match along with a full inside/outside detail. Came out good as new. Highly recommended!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value I had recently been the victim of a hit & run and the person backed into the passenger side rear door and rear quarter panel. Depalo & sons has done an excellent job replacing the parts and repairing the damage. The car looks just as good as when I picked it up from the dealership.
