Jay was amazing to work with. We were greeted with a smile, he politely asked what we were looking for and showed us what we wanted. While looking at the mattress he gave us plenty of space to discuss whether or not we thought the mattress would work for us and the budget. He occasionally came to check on us but was NOT pushy. That I appreciated the most. Thank you Jay for helping us on our new purple purchase!
