Felt sooo sorry for the waitress but this place was terrible and is not ready to be open for business… Just like the men’s room. As a national chain… Denny’s should be ashamed… Anybody ever had an omelette with the veggies not cooked with the eggs?

Came in on a Monday evening. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We waited 10 minutes to be seated along with other customers who had been waiting even longer. Only three people were working that night. Our waitress served like 7 different tables and also had to deal with a bunch of online take out orders. We saw the cook get into a squabble with our waitress about our order being mixed up (which it wasn’t). After awhile, we wanted a refill on our drinks but the waitress was busy seating customers and checking people out to leave. Another employee, who I am guessing, is her supervisor, walked around behind the counter doing petty work the entire time before deciding to help out the waitress’ tables, including giving us refills just as we were about to leave. Waitress was polite and got our order right. The food was great. I think it’s just bad management and a poor team that tarnished our experience. They could have scheduled people better or if not possible (because things do happen), have the supervisor help out more. And the staff could have refrained from arguing in front of the customers and resolve things in a calm matter.
