I take early morning walks a few days a week and I walk around The Square downtown. It is beautiful and shaded with the trees. It’s so serene listening to the waterfall in the goldfish pond (and by the way, those are the biggest goldfish I have ever seen). It’s soothing and clears the mind for meditation.
