Went here today and I was quoted one price for a standard 8” countertop over the phone and when I got there Anna told me that the same countertop was double the price. She wasted my time and energy. I called twice to confirm just so This wouldn’t happen. Because flushing is not close by. And on top of That, she was rude and dismissive. Will not be stepping foot back in that store.

Never go there. After the purchase, I found prices of the merchandise 40% lower price at another store nearby. Delancey refused to even acknowledge the rates. Tiles were from same manufacturer, exact make and model. They turned a blind eye and refused to cancel the order. Having a decent mark-up is one thing, I was literally duped.Never ever go there!! Nice to interact with but cunning at extracting money! BEWARE
