Really great service :)I worked with John and yes he’s really nice and he helps us to understand more about the diamond – color, cut, shape!He’s very nice and come to see him when you want to buy a perfect engagement ring 🙂

My watch wasn’t working, I told the owner I thought it might need a battery, he said the battery was fine and the contact was loose, it took 10 minutes and he handed me back my watch and he said no charge! That’s great customer service.
