I have had the pleasure of knowing Golnesa, the owner of Deja Vu Couture Carmel, since she and her mother owned a store in Pacific Grove. I have watched as she has transformed Deja Vu. It is still the perfect place to find a treasure, or that perfect piece to complete your outfit, but is now lighter, brighter and has a whole new vibrant energy. Golnesa’s knowledge, experience and innate sense of style is topped only by her love of sharing her wisdom with all who walk through her door. She is honest, ethical and fair which is a breath of fresh air.

I am very unhappy with this store. It took weeks to get my contract signed after my clothes were turned over for consignment. I contacted store a week before my contract expired and was told the owner was out of the country and would get back to me. I have heard nothing and my items are in the store with an expired contract. I recommend you take anything of value to a professionally operated store and not this schlock operation.

my wife went to this store and the owner behaved very rude to her as if she did not have money To buy this lady did not let her measure the clothes because it was too expensive for my wife and told her that she could not give her a discount and that she damaged that she will have to buy it. She followed my wife at all times. In the store, as if I had to steal something, it’s very sad that this stupid woman judges by the way people look! This place is very ridiculous. At all your prices, go to Orijimals stores there if you can buy at a discount of up to 50% and it’s not something that someone has already used, but my point is that nobody deserves to be treated this way with so much discrimination She should be ashamed of herself how can you run a business like this being this way You should’ve seen my wife face she was very sad soon as she came out this store she never was treated this way
