I bought a t-shirt but both of the staffs at the register did not bother to remind me of the buy 1 get 1 50% off promo. Of course I knew they had it written at the entrance, but it’s just not what normal sales clerks do to boost their sales.Above all, they forgot to remove the sensor tag!!! I drove five hrs north to Sunnyvale only to find this out and I don’t even want to think about what a shame it would be to ask any clothing store nearby to remove it.

I went in and I felt so welcomed. They offered help and were so sweet. One week later, I asked if I was able to exchange my shirt and the cashier was kind enough to allow the transaction without a receipt. Three days later I went in to return my second purchase and the associate said no, no, no. I explained I had done it before without a receipt and it was recent. However, the cashier was rude and didn’t seem to care. She didn’t bother looking at the condition of the dress ($50, unworn & with the tag). I won’t be spending my money there anymore. I wouldn’t encourage anyone who is unsure about their purchases -because of their return policy.
