I was on a road trip far from home on a rainy day when I had a leaky seal in my campervan’s roof fan. I showed up at De Sarno’s unannounced, asking for help. Frank De Sarno and his employee were so kind and helpful! They put aside what they were working on to pull my van in, dry out the seal and re-seal it for me. They could have charged me just about anything since I was so desperate, but the fee was very reasonable. And the leak was fixed! I’m so grateful! <3
