The only reason I have considered coming back from my previous horrible experiences with their staff was because it was last minute and decided to give them another chance after months of not coming back.I went in, purchased my items and was not greeted with the same kindness I greeted them with.I purchased two rugs today, one of them perfect condition, the other very dirty and torn. I still wanted to buy it since I need them for an event so I asked the cashier if she could write a note saying I was purchasing the item damaged in case I needed to return it. She called the manager KIMBERLY who very angrily told me I couldn’t get a discount. I explained I didn’t want a discount rather a note saying I’m purchasing something damaged that way I don’t have any problems if I need to return. Both of them looked at me as if I had asked for too much and said no to just return it.I understand that perhaps they are not allowed to write notes on the receipts and if that is true, then there are better ways to explain that to a customer.I feel really disappointed with my experience. I think a store manager should be an example to their staff and have better tact and customer service.I would not recommend visiting this store. If you need women’s clothes or men’s clothes, the panorama mall across the street has many small businesses that really care for their customers and want to provide a pleasant experience.
