They making you put the cart back after paying, but besides that the cashiers can be rude when telling you. Me as an experienced manager, I would never have my customers put their cars back, or I would put the carts by the door where would be easier for the customers to return. But at this store you have to go back,it just not practical. Customers are carrying bags ,others come with small children, the hassle of still going back to return the car is horrible customer service. I hope corporate removed this new thing. Is the only dds that is doing this.
