I am sending a message to inform hopefully the corporate office about what happened at DD’s 1819 South Pleasant Valley Rd. Unit C, Austin, Texas. An employee named Fantasia announces few minutes before 9 PM, Sunday, June 6, 2021, that the store is already closed. When we all know that the store closes at 10 PM. There’s lot of customers still shopping and in line to check out. I assumed that they will close the store early to people who still wants to come but will still check out the customers inside who already used their time to to shop and fall in line to check out. So, i went on the line and we waited for someone to check us out. But I could only see a security officer. Then Fantasia came from the back saying I’m not gonna ring anybody in, our store is closed. To my surprise I talk to her to at least finish the line but she said no, we are short staffed then followed by somebody called in because of Covid which I don’t believe. She told me she will give me the corporate’s phone number, but she only gave me the store phone number. Now if she really needed to close the store early she should’ve inform the people not to come in anymore. It’s very rude to let people shop and wait in line and then tell them to leave.

Today at 3pm I went to dds as I go sometime. There was only one pair instead 2 in package and I paid 14 dollar’s with my card.I asked for exchange for normal item they don’t have another one.They refused to return my money.I am not saying a single word for associates.But you gotta be aware they have opened and missing items in that store.You better check before buy.Never gonna visit this place again..Simply They Stole my money.
