My son was shopping at this location he paid in line we were together I paid for my items and went to the car he told me after he paid for his merchandise one of the Hispanic cashier came off her register and told him I need to see your bag knowing she just seen him in line paying for his items she took it upon herself to approach him not asking for a receipt in the security guard was standing there she was supposed to let him handle it but I guess she wanted to play Superwoman so she managed to approach my son but the problem was that the cashier didn’t take the the security tag off so that was their fault I am highly upset and feel that they should look at a person receipt or either tell them that the cashier remove the security tag I think they stereotyped him because he had dreads what they don’t know my son have always came in this store because we come as a family the Hispanic lady security guard who was previous there knew our family because I remember I had to have a conversation with her about following us around the store but she later stopped because she knew we was always coming in the store to purchase items I feel like this should be addressed because this could have went the wrong way I have seen a lot of people items go off and they was not treated this way I don’t understand how could you have a security guard that’s their watching but as soon as something go off after you have purchased it he should have seen who was paying and who was not his job is to keep his eye on everyone not just the cashers and he approached my son as if he was stealing which made my son feel a certain way I follow DD’s on Instagram and I’m pretty sure that the corporate office will be very disappointed when I address this situation please get it together before you lose your jobs.The date this occurred was 05/15/2021 between the hours if 11 and 12am.
