The front desk lied about still having a contract with enterprise rental. They did not, but decided it’s ok to waste 20 minutes of a customers day while they checked and then refused service.Edit: I went to the correct contracted party, and they needed no approval or any nonsense explanation.

The 2 salesman were waiting on customer. I sat on bench and waited. The fat guy’s customer left and he did not recognize me. I decided to wait him out. He won the wait and I went down the street and bought the tire at Discount Tire. Sub standard customer service. I do not have to beg for service.
