Davis Furniture is one of those hidden gems that are very easy to pass up. Not so glitzy from the outside, but don’t be too quick to be judge. If you do, it will be your loss! The first time I walked through the door I was immediately greeted by John. He made me feel comfortable and then he left me alone to browse. No pressure at all. Downsizing from a 4BR home to a townhouse and buying all new furniture, dealing with extensive delays due to not only real estate issues, but also COVID was an overwhelming process. Elaine very willingly partnered with me, held my hand and worked with me to help me make the right decisions. Throwback to the days of good old fashioned personalized customer service! The first day I just browsed. When I returned about a week later, and Elaine greeted me by name, I felt the stress leaving instantly. The furniture that Davis offers is excellent quality, pricing is excellent, and most importantly it is completely evident that this small family owned business cares about it’s customers.
